For those not in the know... Monday was Emery and I's first anniversary! Woo Hooo! It was an awesome day. We had lunch together at Cosmos!. Yeah some of you are prolly like that's not fancy or nuthin. I don't care, its a place we both really enjoy eating at and we got to spend time together.

Anyways, Sat night I went to the Festival by my self, there was a lady doing henna and I requested something traditional in celebration of my upcoming anniversary. Here it is with the paste still on.
Monday morning, Emery called to wake me up and said hay get a shower so we can go out to eat. (remember emery works third) Well I had assumed when he woke me up when he got home that he had left again for the grocery store. Why I didn't question him calling me to wake me up to shower to go eating if he was at the market I don't know. I was still asleep I guesss.
Any ways, after getting ready and him arriving home he asked me to go into are little dineing area. Heres what I found. (he previously took a picture before I saw it)

(the hedgie stuffies where already mine >.>)

and here's what was in that pretty burgundy bag. 7 sparkly diamonds arranged into a Journey pendant. I'm so lucky.
In other fun stuff We had taken Marcel and Jil (my cousins from Germany) to the Fire fly coffee house on Friday. Even though this is blurry I think it captures the moment and the fun we had. We had taught them how to play Euchre while there.

Pounce is a Basket Cat.

Now Remember that sunburn I showcased previously? Well this is what It is like today. Its really not fun. Its kind of painfully peeling in places. Yesterday my arms and hands suddenly instantly became covered in little blisters like rash.. then they burst and my skin peeled!!! rather disturbing and gross. Can't say it was a pleasant experience either. My bum burn is no better. Its still rather pain full and its peeling in Layers! and still red... T_T any ways here's some updated photos taken a little while ago.

In other news. I need to go past Sarah Janes and pick up some yarn I have on hold so that I can get to work on the Cardigan that I'm going to teach in a Knitting class in Oct/Nov.
I'm also cat sitting for my Grandparents while they have taken Marcel and Jil to Niagara falls.
The lady at The Keep has expressed interest in selling some of my Dice bags on consignment, so I need to whip up a few to take over.
